Shipment Tracking
Within India, ScanCorner has shipment pickup facility in 400 towns and ciites. ScanCorner has tied up with FedEx to arrange shipment pickup facility. When customer places an order, he is prompted to choose if he wants a shipment pickup facility. If the customer opts for that shipment pickup, he is then asked for his available timing. As per his available timing, FedEx courier guys go to his location and pick the shipment. It is specially designed for NRIs and Old people.
24-hr surveillance
There is a round the clock security vigilance at the scanning facility. All employees/visitors must register at the security desk before entering the premises. This ensures that we can have a track of people entering/leaving the scanning facility all the time.
Restricted Access
The scanning facility again has a restricted access. The scanning team is provided RFID cards and only people with that RFID access are allowed into the scanning facility. This adds another level of security & safety to the scanning facility.
IP-Camera recording
The entire scanning facility is surveilled 24x7 using CCTV cameras. By surveying the activities of employees, a potential non-compliance with our regulations will be severely complicated.
No data transfer facility
All data transfer facilities like CD-ROM, USB and Internet access are removed from the systems used for scanning the pictures. So, the scans can’t be transferred from system without authorization. This ensures that privacy of scans is well maintained.
