Our document digitization order process
(1) Submit Quote:
Use our
Get Quote section to request quote for document digitization. Once we receive quote, we contact you and with further details from you, provide you a quotation on the total cost involved.
(2) Pack the order:
Use sturdy cardboard boxes and proper packaging material to pack the books and loose sheets you want to digitize. Refer to our
packaging section to get more information on how to package the material
(3) Shipment Pickup:
We have shipment pickup facility for around 400 locations in India. You can avail our shipment pick up service (or you can ship it yourself). Shipment pickup charges are additional.
(4) We process the order:
We process the order as per specification and send the download link to customer
(5) We ship back videos and DVD:
Once processed, we will ship back the videos along with the DVD containing the digitized video back to address mentioned by customer
